(2) WEEKS. ALSO, HE ADVISED ME THAT THE
OWNER IS CURRENTLY REMOVING THE OTHER

HANDLE COMPLETING THE VACATION OF
EASEMENT. I DID EXPLAIN TO HER THAT THE
VARIANCE IS FOR THE ENTIRE PROPERTY AND
NOT JUST ONE SIDE AND THAT IS WHY SHE
NEEDS TO VACATE THE EASEMENT PRIOR TO
APPLYING FOR THE VARIANCE. SHE IS GOING
TO TALK TO HER HUSBAND TONIGHT AND
?GOING TO HAVE HIM HANDLE THE ISSUE OR
HIRE THE CONTRACTOR TO REMOVE? THE
STRUCTURE. SHE WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH
ME THIS WEEK.
