BACKING UP AND OVER FLOWING INSIDE THE
HOME. THE SEWAGE HAD WENT INTO THE
CLOSET FLOOR NEXT TO THE BATHROOM AND
STAINED THE CARPET. SHE CALLED THE
HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND CALLED A SEPTIC
TANK COMPANY. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT
THE DRAIN FIELD NEEDED LARGER PIPES IN
IT. THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY IS
WORKING WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO
OBTAIN PERMITS AND HAVE THE PROBLEM
CORRECTED. THERE ARE ALSO 2-3 STAINS IN
THE CEILING FROM ROOF LEAKS THAT HAVE
BEEN REPAIRED. THE TENANT SAID SHE
WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THESE REPAIRED ALSO.
