PROPERTY LINE (CLOSER THAN 15 FEET). ALSO, PART
OF THE DOCK IS OVER THE PROPERTY LINE ONTO 27 TWIN
LAKES. THE HOUSE IS EMPTY AND OWNED BY A MORGAGE

EDGE WHICH HAVE COLLAPSED AND ARE
LAYING
ON THE GROUND APPROXIMATELY 3 INCHES
BELOW DECK HEIGHT. THE DECK BOARDS ARE
OLD AND WEATHERED CREATING ROUGH
SPLINTERED WALKING SURFACE BUT NOT TO
THE POINT OF DETERIORATING. THE PILINGS
AND STRINGERS ARE IN TACT AND STABLE.
APPEARS THAT ONE PILING MAY HAVE BEEN
REPLACED WITH 4X4 PT LUMBER. THE BOAT
HOUSE IS IN FAIR CONDITION WITH METAL
ROOF IN TACT, WOOD SIDING ON GABLE ENDS
SECURE AND PAINTED, HANDMADE TRUSS
SYSTEM STABLE AND SECURED WITH HURRICNE
STRPPING TO SUPPORT BEAM AND BEAMS AND
POSTS STRUCTURALLY STABLE. THE PLYWOOD
CEILING HAS DETERIORATED AND IS FALLING
DOWN IN LAYERS OF THE PLYWOOD SOME OF
WHICH IS COMPLETELY GONE. IT IS MY
RECOMMENDATION THAT THE 10X10 EXTENSION
BE REMOVED COMPLETELY, THE PLYWOOD
CEILING BE TAKEN DOWN COMPLETELY, THE
DECK BOARDS BE REPLACED AND THE
PILINGS,
STRINGERS AND BEAMS BE CHECKED AND
SECURED TO CURRENT STANDARDS. THIS
WILL
REQUIRE PERMITTING AND INSPECTION.
