WITH WOOD TRUSS SYSTEM AND A METAL ROOF.
AS NOTED IN PRIOR INSPECTION REPORT
WINDOWS AND DOORS HAD BEEN COVERED WITH
PLYWOOD. THIS PLYWOOD HAS BEEN REMOVED
EXPOSING BROKEN WINDOWS AND ALLOWING
ENTRY THROUGH THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR. THE
PORCH CEILING HAS CONTINUED TO
DETERIORATE AND IS FALLING DOWN. THE
METAL ROOF IS LEAKING AND STRUCTURAL
DAMAGE TO THE WOOD TRUSS SYSTEM IS
APPARENT FROM THE SAGGING METAL ROOFING.
THE INTERIOR WALLS ARE CONCRETE BLOCK
CONSTRUCTION WHICH ARE INTACT. WITH THIS
CONSTRUCTION THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS
RUN THROUGH EXPOSED CONDUIT TO PLUGS AND
OUTLETS. THE PLUGS AND OUTLETS ARE IN
PLACE BUT THE CONDUIT AND WIRING HAS
BEEN REMOVED LEAVING THE ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM NONFUNCTIONAL. THE PLUMBING
SYSTEM IS ALSO COMPROMISED WITH
TUB/SHOWER UNIT DISLODGED FROM WALLS AND
NOT CONNECTED TO PLUMBING SYSTEM. THE
SINK IN THE BATHROOM SITS ATOP A
MAKESHIFT PLYWOOD BASE THAT IS NOT
ATTACHED TO WALL AND SINK IS NOT
ATTACHED TO BASE NOR PLUMBING SYSTEM.
THE KITCHEN SINK IS NOT PROPERLY
INSTALLED IN THE CABINETRY AND THE
CABINETRY IS DETERIORATED AND FALLING
APART. THERE IS NO FLOOR COVERING IN THE
HOME ONLY EXPOSED CONCRETE FLOORS. THIS
FLOOR IS CRACKED AND HAS SETTLED IN THE
SOUTH PORTION OF THE STRUCTURE. INTERIOR
DOORS IF IN PLACE DO NOT HAVE WORKING
HARDWARE. THE CEILINGS ARE OSB PLYWOOD
AND SHOW SIGNS OF WATER INTRUSION WITH
STAINING AND DETERIORATION TO POINT OF
COLLAPSE IN AREAS. THE WOOD SOFFIT AND
FASCIA HAS ROTTED AND FALLEN IN AREAS.
HOME HAS BEEN ABANDONED WITH BROKEN
GLASS THROUGHOUT THE HOME. NEIGHBOR
STOPPED BY ENCOURAGING DEMOLITION AS
CHILDREN ARE ACCESSING THE STRUCTURE
EXPOSING THEM TO UNSAFE CONDITIONS. WITH
THE ELECTRICAL, AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS
DEFICIENT, THE WOOD TRUSS SYSTEM SUSPECT
AND THE SETTLING OF THE SLAB AND
FOUNDATION REHABILITATION OF THIS
STRUCTURE WILL CERTAINLY EXCEED THE
APPRAISED VALUE. THEREFORE I RECOMMEND
DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURE AND REMOVAL FROM
PROPERTY. I PLACARDEED HOME AS UNSAFE
FOR HUMAN OCCUPANCY.

IN APPARENTLY POOR CONDITION. ALL DOORS
AND WINDOWS ARE BOARDED OVER. NO
INTERIOR INSPECTION WAS MADE. THE PORCH
ROOF ON THE NORTH END OF THE HOME WAS
ROTTEN AND STARTING TO FALL DOWN. THERE
IS AN ELECTRIC PANEL ON THE WALL THAT
NEEDS A "DEAD FRONT" COVER ON IT, TO
PREVENT INJURY FROM ELECTRICAL SHOCK,
BEFORE POWER CAN BE RECONNECTED TO THE
HOME.
