AND SHE POINTED OUT SEVERAL AREAS THE
RATS HAVE CHEWED ON. THERE WERE HOLES
IN THE KITCHEN WALL, HALLWAY NEXT TO
THE
WASHER, AND IN THE AHLL BATHROOM. SHE
SAID SHE COULD HEAR THEM RUNNING AROUND
ALL NIGHT. THE "BOTTOM BOARD" ON THE
WEST SIDE OF THE MOBILE HOME IS FALLING
DOWN WHICH IS ALLOWING ENTRY FOR THE
RATS. THIS BOARD NEEDS TO BE REPALCED
AND RENAILED TO PREVENT THIS. THIS
PROBLEM IS ADDRESSED IN SECTION 307.5
OF
THE STANDARD HOUSING CODE.
