BEEN PROVIDED TO THE RESPONDENTS, THAT
THE RESPONDENTS HAD BEEN GIVEN A
REASONABLE TIME TO CORRECT THE
VIOLATIONS, THAT THE VIOLATIONS
CONTINUED BEYOND THE TIME SPECIFIED FOR
CORRECTION, AND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF
THE HEARING WAS PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENTS. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE
ADMITTED ALL EXHIBITS INTO EVIDENCE.
THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE WAIVED THE FINE
BECAUSE RESPONDENT DANIEL R. SAWICKI
APPEARED AT THE PUBLIC HEARING AND HAS
INDICATED A WILLINGNESS TO KEEP THE
PROPERTY IN COMPLIANCE. THE SPECIAL
MAGISTRATE ORDERED THE RESPONDENTS PAY

NOT ABLE AND THAT THE PROPERTY IS IN
FORECLOSURE. HE WENT IN FRONT OF THE SM
AND SHE RELEIVED HIM OF THE FINE OF $50
BUT DID PLACE THE LIEN FOR THE TOTAL OF
$537.54. HE SAID HE HOPES THE BANK WILL
PAY FOR IT. DANIEL GAVE A NEW ADDRESS
