PETITIONER REQUESTED TO DISMISS CITATION
# 9589 AND PROCEED WITH NOTICE OF
VIOLATION # 3416 AND THE SPECIAL
MAGISTRATE GRANTED THAT REQUEST. THE
SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FOUND THAT PROPER

SAGGING AND COMPROMISE OF TRUSS SYSTEM
IS QUESTIONABLE. THE REAR ENTRY DOOR
APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN PRYED OPEN DAMAGING
THE DOOR MAKING IT NON WEATHERTIGHT. A
BEDROOM WINDOW HAS BEEN LEFT IN THE OPEN
POSITION ALLOWING RAIN WATER INTRUSION
ROTTING THE WINDOW SILL AND EXTERIOR
WALL FRAMING CAUSING THE WALL SYSTEM
ATTACHMENT TO THE FLOOR FRAMING TO BE
COMPROMISED. THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM HAS
BEEN VANDALIZED WITH BRANCH CIRCUIT
WIRES CUT FROM THE PANEL AND REMOVED
FROM THE RACEWAY FEEDING BENEATH THE
MOBILE. THE FRONT PORCH IS WELL
WEATHERED BUT STABLE. DECKING NEEDS
REPLACEMENT AND THERE IS NO RAILING ON
THE WEST SIDE OF THE PORCH. THE SKIRTING
IS MISSING ON LARGE PORTIONS OF THE
MOBILE. AS PRIOR REPORT INDICATES, THE
SITE BUILT ADDITION ON THE WEST SIDE OF
THE MOBILE DOES NOT MEET CODE AND IT HAS
ALSO DETERIORATED WITH DRYWALL CEILING
COLLAPSED. REHABILITATION OF THIS MOBILE
HOME IS NOT FEASIBLE WITH COSTS WELL
EXCEEDING APPRAISED VALUE AND SHOULD BE
REMOVED FROM THE SITE.
