HARTSEIL. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FOUND
THAT PROPER NOTICE OF THE VIOLATION HAD
BEEN PROVIDED TO THE RESPONDENTS, THAT
THE RESPONDENTS HAD BEEN GIVEN A
REASONABLE TIME TO CORRECT THE
VIOLATION, THAT THE VIOLATION CONTINUED
BEYOND THE TIME SPECIFIED FOR
CORRECTION, AND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF
THE HEARING WAS PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENTS. CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
APRIL HARTSEIL STATED THAT THE PROPERTY
WAS BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE IN THE LAST
24 HOURS; AND, THEREFORE, STATED THAT
THE FINE WOULD BE WAIVED. THE SPECIAL
MAGISTRATE ADMITTED ALL EXHIBITS INTO
EVIDENCE. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE ORDERED
THE RESPONDENTS PAY TO THE PETITIONER
