IS ABANDONED LIVING AREA THAT HAS BEEN
VANDALIZED. THERE ARE PLUMBING PIPES
REMOVED FROM THE WALLS AND ELECTRIC
WIRING HAS BEEN CUT OUT OF THE HOME
ALSO. MOST OF THE CEILING HAS FALLEN
DOWN DUE TO WATER LEAKS. THERE ARE
SEVERAL LARGE AREAS ON THE WALLS THAT
THE DRYWALL HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM. THE
EXTERIOR DOOR IS MISSING AND ALL THE
WINDOWS HAVE BEEN KNOCKED OUT. THE ROOF
SHEATHING IS ROTTING DUE TO THE LEAKS
AND THE WOOD FLOOR HAS SEVERAL WEAK
PLACES IN IT. THE WALLS AROUND THE OPEN
WINDOW AREAS ARE STARTING TO ROT ALSO.
DUE TO THE UNSAFE CONDITIONS OF THIS
STRUCTURE I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM THE
SITE.
