THE PILE AND NOW EVERYONE HAS BEEN
DUMPING THERE/ WHEN I CHEFCKED THE
FORECLOSURE THEY CANCELLED THE SALE
AGAIN AND THEREFORE I WILL TURN THIS
OVER TO ROSS BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE
JPMORGAN IS TRANSFERRING THEIER
OWNERSHIP TO FEDERAL ... BY DOCKET ON
CLERKS/ I WILL SEE IF ROSS CAN DO A FILE

THIS IS AN ABANDONED CONCRETE BLOCK HOME
WITH A TRUSS ROOF SYSTEM. THE HOME AND
ROOF ARE STILL IN GOOD CONDITION
STRUCTURALLY. ALL THE WINDOWS AND
SLIDING GLASS DOORS HAVE BEEN BROKEN
OUT. THE FRONT DOOR HAS BEEN BROKEN
LOOSE AT THE JAMB AND DOES NOT WORK
PROPERLY. THERE ARE SEVERAL HOLES
KNOCKED IN THE DRYWALL IN ALL THE ROOMS.
THE PLUMBING HAS BEEN VANDALIZED WITH
PIPES MISSING AND FIXTURES TORN OFF THE
WALL. THE ELECTRIC PANEL HAS HAD SOME
BREAKERS REMOVED AND THERE ARE LOOSE
WIRES IN THE PANEL. SOME ONE HAS PUT UP
A WALL IN THE GARAGE AND MADE IT INTO A
BEDROOM. I WILL CHECK ON A PERMIT IF
THERE IS NOT ONE THE WALL NEEDS TO BE
REMOVED, WITH SOME PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL,
AND DRYWALL REPAIRS THIS SHOULD BE A
LIVABLE HOME AGAIN.
