THE SHEATHING IS GONE ON HALF THE ROOF
AND THE DRYWALL HAS FALLEN DOWN INSIDE
THE HOME. THERE IS BLACK STAINS ON THE
WALLS AND CEILING AREA. THE SOUTH END
OF THE SLAB HAS DROPPED ABOUT 4-5
INCHES. DUE TO THE UNSAFE CONDITION OF
THIS STRUCTURE I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM
