CALLER ALSO STATED THAT BOB ELLIOT, A NEIGHBOR,
WHO IS PUTTING IN THE FENCE, TOLD HIM THAT HE DID
NOT CARE WHAT ZONING OR THE BLDG. DEPT. SAID ABOUT
PLACING THE FENCE TOO CLOSE TO THE ROAD AND WAS
PLACING THE FENCE ONLY 3' FROM THE ROAD AND ALSO
PLACED A SEVEN FOOT TELEPHONE POLE IN THE RIGHT OF
WAY. CALLER WAS JAMES MILLER 5205 DESOTO RD.,

THE FENCE THAT WAS BUILT WITHOUT A
PERMIT AND WITHOUT THE PROPER SETBACK
IN THE FRONT. HE WAS TOLD BY THE BLDG.
DEPT. THAT A PERMIT WAS NOT NEEDED DUE
TO THE FACT THAT IT IS ZONED
AGRICULTURAL.
HOWEVER, HE FEELS THAT THE SETBACK IS
INCORRECT ON THE NEW FENCE. THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR TOLD HIM THAT THE
FENCE HAS TO BE AT THE PROPERTY LINE
