ABANDONED SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME IN
VERY POOR CONDITION. THE WALLS ARE IN
VERY BAD CONDITION DUE TO WATER LEAKING
THROUGH THE SIDING. THE RIM JOIST IS
ROTTEN AROUND MOST OF THE HOME. THE
FLOOR IS DROPPING WHERE THIS HAS
HAPPENED. THE STRAPPING IS LOOSE AND
RUSTED ON MOST ANCHORS. THERE ARE
SEVERAL BLOCK PIERS THAT ARE LEANING
OVER AND NO LONGER SUPPORT THE FRAME.
THE ENTIRE HOME IS FULL OF TRASH AND
DEBRIS. THERE ARE TWO OLD METAL SHEDS
IN THE YARD THAT NEED TO BE REMOVED DUE
TO THEIR UNSAFE CONDITION. I RECOMMEND
REMOVAL OF THE MOBILE HOME DUE TO THE
UNSAFE CONDITION OF THE FLOORS AND WALLS
AND THE ANCHORING STRAP.
