IS A LARGE SECTION OF DOCK OVER 12

INTO WATER BY 12 FOOT ALONG PROPERTY
LINES THAT HAS NO ROOF STRUCTURE. I
ADVISED MR MURPHY THAT IT NEEDS A ROOF
OVER DOCK TO PREVENT POSSIBLE INJURIES
AND ALLOW BOATERS TO SEE THE DOCK OVER
WATER. I ALSO INDICATED THAT HE MAY
NEED
A PERMIT FOR THE REDECKING 100% OF DOCK
SURFACE WAS REDECKED BUT IT APPEARS ALL
OF THE ORIGINAL SUPPORTS WEWRE NOT
TOUCHED. HE ALSO INDICATED THAT STEVE
FROM THE BUILDING DEPT SAID EVERYTHING
WAS OK BUT I SAW NO NOTES FROM THE
BUILDING DEPY HO 40
