ACTUALLY A DUPLEX RENTAL / ON ONE SIDE
THERE IS A YOUNG MAN AND HE SPENT SOME
TIME WITH ME WE WALKED AROUND THE HOUSE
A LITTLE BIT AND HE HAS A MUFFLER ON THE
SIDE YARD A TABLE IN THE FRONT YARD TO
BE REMOVED BUT NOT THE PICNIC TABLE /HE
HAS A LOT OF DOGS SOME PITBULLS IN THE
REAR YARD AND TWO SMALL DOGS IN THE
FRONT YARD / THE LADY ON THE RIGHT SIDE
OF THE DUPLEX HAS A TRIALER THAT SOMEONE
HAD GIVEN HER THAT HAS SOME EQUIPMENT ON
IT AND SHE WANTED TO TURN IT INTO A
PLYHOUSE FOR THE CHILDREN HOWEVER IF IT
IS STILL GOING TO HAVE THE WHEELS AND
STILL BE A TRAILER THAN SHE WILL HAVE TO
KEEP A TAG ON THE TRAILER /SHE DID NOT
WANT TO DO THAT SHE SAID SHE WILL GET
RID OF IT /SHE ALSO HAS SOME DEBRIS ONT
HE SIDE OF HER YARD BABY SEATS AND STUFF
THAT DO NTO NEED TO BE OUT ALONG THE
SIDE OF THE HOUSE /THERE IS ALSO A BIG
PILE OF WOOD IN THE REAR YARD THAT THE
MAN ON THE LEFT STATED HE WOULD GET RID
OF / IT IS OLD WOOD FROM A SHED THEY
TORN DOWN BUT DID NOT REMOVE/ THEY HAVE
OTHER PROBLEMS BESIDE JSUT THESE THE
LADY ON THE RIGHT IS HAVING PROBLEMS
WITH HER STOVE AND THEY JUST HAD THE
SEPTIC PUMPED AND ARE TRYING TO GET THE
TANK AND THE DRAINFIELD REPLACED OR
REPAIRED / ON OF THE TENANTS STATED SHE
IS LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE TO MOVE
/SHE HAS HER GRANDCHILDREN WITH HER AND
SHE IS HAVING A HARD TIME DELAING WITH
THE ISSUES AT THIS LOCATION /I TOLD THEM
BOTH I WOULD RETURN IN ABOUT TWO WEEKS
AND THAT THEY NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE
THINGS I STATED ALSO GAVE MY BUSINESS
CARDS TO BOTH OCCUPANTS /60 MINS /AH
