CALLER STATED THAT THIS HOMEOWNER HAS BEEN
COLLECTING SCRAP METAL, WASHERS, DRYERS,
REFRIGERATORS AND PLACING THEM ONTO A FLATBED
TRUCK AND GETTING MONEY FOR IT. HE ALSO RELEASED
FREON FROM THE APPLIANCES INTO THE AIR ALL LAST
NIGHT WHICH CAUSED THE CALLER BREATHING PROBLEMS.
HE WAS RECENTLY CITED FOR THIS AND THE CASE WAS
CLOSED. CALLER WAS CLARE PADILLA, 212 HEPPNER
AVE, 863-465-6305. SHE STATED THAT THIS WAS A
PREVIOUS CASE BUT WAS CLOSED OUT BUT NOW IS AGAIN
A PROBLEM. PLEASE CONTACT CLARE FOR PHOTOS THAT
