CARPORT AS WELL AS A COUPLE OF SMALL
DOGS STILL ON THE PROPERTY. HE
PERSONALLY HAS NOT SEEN ANY HOGS
REMAINING ON THE PROPERTY, BUT DID SEE
ONE DOG WHEN PEOPLE WERE THERE LAST
NIGHT. DUE TO LOCKED GATE AND NO
FURTHER EVIDENCE TO INDICATE THERE ARE
ANY HOGS ON PROPERTY, I AM CLOSING

VISITED THE SITE. WE SPOKE WITH THE
OWNERS AND HER SON DERRICK WHO ADVISED
THAT NO ADDITIONAL HOIGS WERE BROUGHT
ONTO THE PROPERTY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF
16 NEW PIGLETTS BORN RECENTLY. WE
OBSERVED THAT ALL HOGS LOCATED IN A PEN
ADJACENT TO THE EWING;S PPROPEWRTY LUINE
HAD BEEN RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PEN ON THE
OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE PROPERTY, WE ALSO
NOTICED THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE
AFFECTED PEN HAD BEEN DISMANTLED.
DERRICK ALSO ADVISED THAT THE TRUCKS
OBSERVED BY NEIGHBORS WERE ACTUALLY
REMOVING THE GOATS FROM THE PROPERTY.
WE AGAIN EXPLAINED THE IMPORTANCE OF
APPLYING FOR A VARIENCE AS IF NO
VARIENCE APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED, THE
PROPERTY OWNERS REMAIN IN VIOLATION OF
CODE BY HAVING MORE THAN THREE HOGS ON
PROPERTY, WE AGAIN ADVISED THE SETBACK
REQUIREMENTS THAT ALL STRUCTURES MUST BE
200 FEET WITHIN PROPERTY LINES AND 500
FEET FROM ADJACENT RESIDENTAL DWQELLING
STRUCTURES. MR HILL STRESSED THAT EVEN
THOUGH A VARIENCE/SPECIAL EXCEPTION
APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED, THERE IS NOT
GUARENTEE THAT IT WOULD BE APPROVED AND
HE RECOMMENDED THAT THEY CONSIDER
REMOVING THE EXCESS NUMBER OF HOGS FROM
THE PROPERTY WHILE AN APPLICATION
PROCESS IS BEING CONSIDERED. S.Y.
