ADVISED THAT THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WILL
NEED TO INSPECT THE DECKING, THE OLD
WOOD PILE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.THE OLDER
UNIT IN THE REAR NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. WE
SPOKE ABOUT THE FAMILY HOMESTEAD ACT AND
REGULATIONS AND MAYBE ADDING AN ADDITION
ONTO THE EXISTING MOBILE HOME. GAVE HER
BLD DEPTS NUMBER TO CONTACT FOR PRICING
OF PERMITS, WHICH SHE WANTED TO CONTACT
THEM ANOTHER DAY. SHE THANKED CE FOR THE

NEED TO COME INSPECT TO SEE IF IT MEETS
CODE. THERE IS ALSO A PILE OF OLD WOOD
DEBRIS FROM THE OLD DECKING THAT NEEDS
TO BE REMOVED. GAVE 3 WEEKS TO REMOVED.
WILL ASK S.Y. BUILDING OFFICIAL TO COME

SAID THEY ARE FINISHING THE BACK PORCH
WHERE THEY JUST FIXED IT UP. EXPLAINED

KNOW THAT THE FRONT PORCH NEEDS TO HAVE
RAILING PER THE SHC REPORT, THEY ALSO
REALIZE THAT THE BOARDS ON THE PORCH AND
RAMP ARE WEAK AND NEED TO BE REPLACED.
GAVE VERBAL OF 20 DAYS TO GET STARTED

THAT SHE CAN GET IT DONE. ADVISED THAT
SHC REPORT HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED BUT
ONCE DONE, CE WOULD BE OUT TO GIVE THE
NOTICE TO OWNER WITH TIME TO CORRECT.

OF SHC ISSUES AND CE WOULD BE VISITING
THE PROPERTY ONCE CE RECEIVES THE REPORT
FROM THE BLD. OFFICIAL. SHE ASKED IF
THERE WAS A COMPLAINT, SO GAVE HER DATE
OF COMPLAINT. SHE SAID THEY REMOVED THE
NEPHEW FROM THE HOME AND PROPERTY ON THE
DAY BEFORE SO SHE FEELS HE DID IT. BSS

STRUCTURE IS A 14?X64? MOBILE HOME IN
FAIR CONDITION. IT HAS STRAPPING AND
ANCHORS AND ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS ARE
INTACT AND APPEAR TO BE WORKING. THE
SECOND STRUCTURE IS AN OLD 8'X26'
TRAILER THAT IS FULL OF JUNK AND TRASH.
IT IS USED FOR STORAGE ONLY AND THERE IS
A FREEZER IN IT. THERE ARE (3) SMALL
STORAGE BUILDINGS ON THE PROPERTY AND AN
OLD PANEL TRUCK. THE LADY IN THE MOBILE
HOME SAID THERE WAS A PENDING COURT CASE
WITH HER SON AND THEY PLAN TO REMOVE
BOTH THE OLD TRAILER AND THE 14'X64'
MOBILE HOME AND INSTALL A NEW DOUBLE
WIDE MOBILE HOME. THE MAIN BUILDING IS
OLD AND HAS MILDEW ON THE EXTERIOR WALLS
BUT I DID NOT SEE ANY VIOLATIONS WITH
IT. THE SMALL UNIT IS NOT TIED DOWN,
THE TIRES HAVE ROTTED AWAY AND IT
APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN ON THE PROPERTY FOR
SEVERAL YEARS. THERE IS A WOOD DECK IN
FRONT OF THE MAIN UNIT THAT NEEDS TO
HAVE THE RAILING REPAIRED/REPLACED ON
IT. THIS WAS THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE
MAIN BUILDING.
