THE ROOM WAS LOCKED BUT THE GLASS ROOM
HAD NO SIGNS OF A LEAK IN IT. THERE IS
AN A/C ROOF UNIT OVER THE SHED AREA SO
THE ROOF SYSTEM IS ABLE TO CARRY THIS
WEIGHT. THE EXTERIOR WALL HAS SOME
MILDEW ON IT AND THIS NEEDS TO BE
CLEANED OFF AND REPAINTED.
