THE SECOND STORY OF THE HOME AND ALSO ON THE
GROUNDS FACE SOUTH AND WALK-IN STATED THAT THE
MUSIC/SOUND IS VERY LOUD AND HE CANNOT GO OUTSIDE
AND ENJOY HIS PROPERTY ON THE WEEKENDS. THEY ARE
HOLDING THE WEDDINGS ON THEIR VACANT LOT AT 4480
NASSAU DR. WALK-IN WAS ROBERT BIANCO, 4017 NE
LAKE SEBRING DR. HE WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS THIS
WITH THE OFFICER ALSO. ALSO, REBECCA AND JO ANNE
IN ZONING STATED THAT THEY HAD SPOKEN WITH OWNERS
AND TOLD THEM THAT IT WAS ILLEGAL RUNNING A
WEDDING BUSINESS.

CODE ENFORCEMENT. THE SPEAKERS ARE ON
HER SECOND STORY OF THE HOUSE WHICH ARE
POINTED TO THE SIDE YARD. SHE PLAYS
MUSIC A LOT WHILE SHE IS WORKING IN THE
YARD, WHICH IS OFTEN, AND HAS LOOKED AT
THE NOISE ORDINANCE. THE HOME
OCCUPATION
WAS DISCUSSED. SHE HAS CHECKED WITH HER
ATTORNEY REGARDING THE MATTER. WE SPOKE
IN LENGHTH ABOUT TAKING MEASURES TO
CORRECT AND MAYBE A FENCE, MOVING THE
SPEAKERS AND NOT HAVING WEDDINGS AT THE
PROPERTY FOR FEES. ADVISED THAT CE
WOULD
COME AND CHECK THE PROPERTY A FEW TIMES
AND LISTEN FOR THE NOSIE BEFORE CLOSING
