THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS HOME DUE TO THE ILLEGAL AND
NOT PERMITTED ROOM BUILT THERE. WALK-IN ALSO
PROVIDED A PRINT OUT OF THE PROPERTY APPRAISER'S
SITE WITH THE ROOMS CIRCLED THAT WERE PUT IN
WITHOUT PERMITS.

TWO DOCKS APPEARS TO BE GREATER THAN
PERMITTED ACCORDINING TO THE NOTES IN
THE SYSTEM AS SUCH COPIES OF PERMITS
AND DRAWINGS WERE ORDERED FROM THE
BUILDING DEPT ADDITIONALLY COPIES OF
THE D/WAY PERMIT WERE ORDERED FROM
ENGINNERING TO SEE IF THE SIDE WALKS OR
DECK WERE INCLUDED. ALSO PER CAROL NO
PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR SIDEWALKS ON
PROPERTY BUT PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR
THE SCREEN PORCH ON GRADE AND CONCRETE
PATIO.
WHEN PERMITS ARE RECEIVED I WILL REVISIT
PROPERTY AND CITE OWNERS FOR
CONSTRUCTION W/OUT PERMITS AND/OR NOT
BUILDING TO PERMITS. IF DOCK IS
OVERSIZED, MAY HAVE TO NOTIFY DEP OF

STATED THAT THERE IS A EXPIRED PERMIT
FOR THE BOATHOUSE BUT NO PERMIT FOR THE
ADJOINING DOCK AGAIN I ADVIUSED THAT I
HAVE TO DO MORE RESEARCH AND VIEW THE
PERMIT DRAWINGS TO SEE WHAT MAY OR MAY
NOT BE A VIOLATION, MR SHERRORD

THAT HIS FATHER BUILT THE STEP OUT
ADDITION SOMTIME IN THE LATE 70S AND
BELIEVED HIS FATHER HAD OBTAINED ALL
PERMITS AS HE IS THAT TYPE OF
INDIVIDUAL. THE BUILT OUT IS NOT ON
THE
PROPERTY APPRAISERS TAX ROLL. I CALLED
CAROL AT BUILDING DEPT WHO ADVISED ANY
PERMIT ISSUED BEFORE 1996 IS
LOST/DESTROYED. I ALSO FOUND THAT THE
BOAT HOUSE/DOCK HAD PERMITS BUT
APPEARED
YO HAVE EXPIRED PRIOR TO FINAL ISP
ISSUED. I WILL RESEARCH W/PROPERTY
APPRAISER. I ADVISED OWB=NER THATHE
MAY
WANT TO OBTAIN FINAL INSPECTIONS FOR
BOAT DOCK VIA HIS BUILDER AND SEE IF HE
CAN FIND PERMITS FOR BUILT OUT WILL CALL
