DIDN'T HAVE
THE SETBACK MEASUREMENTS FROM BOAT DOCK
TO THE PROPERTY LINES, WHICH IS NEEDED,
AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE CONSENT FORM
FILLED OUT OR SIGNED. MELONY LOOKED AT
THE SURVEY WITH CE AND IT LOOKS LIKE ON
ONE SIDE OF THE PROPERTY MAY BE UNDER
25' SETBACK, SO THE LISKEY'S MAY NEED A
CONSENT FROM BOTH ADJOINING NEIGHBORS.
THE REASON THEY NEED ONE FROM MR.
CHANDLER IS DUE TO HE OWNS PART OF THE
CANAL NOT FOR SET BACK REASONS UNLESS
THE SURVEY COMES BACK SHOWING
DIFFERENTLY. CE WROTE DOWN ALL THE
STEPS
ON PAPER FOR THE LISKEYS WHILE THEY
WERE
HERE. THEY SEEM TO BE HAVING A HARD TIME
REMEMBERING THE STEPS THAT NEED TO BE
