ABANDONED CONCRETE BLOCK HOME IN POOR
CONDITION. THE HOME IS FULL OF OLD
FURNITURE, TRASH AND OLD CLOTHES. THE
SOUTH END OF THE HOME IS SLOPING FOR THE
LAST 12-14 FEET. THE CENTER PART OF THE
WEST WALL IS SINKING AND THE BLOCKS HAVE
GAPS OF UP TO 1 1/2" IN THEM. THIS
CRACKING EXTENDS UP INTO THE LINTEL
BEAM. THE SOUTH WALL HAS 3/4" CRACKS IN
IT AND THE EAST WALL HAS HAIRLINE AND
1/4" CRACKS IN IT. THE FRONT PORCH HAS
COLUMNS SUPPORTING A BEAM FOR THE ROOF.
THE COLUMN ON THE NORTH END OF THE PORCH
IS SINKING AND IS NOT SUPPORTING THE
BEAM. DUE TO THE UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS
CONDITION OF THE EXTERIOR WALLS I
RECOMMEND REMOVAL OF THIS STRUCTURE FROM
THE PROPERTY.
