02-14-201404:22 PMSTANDARD HOUSING CODEVIOLATES 12.19.305 "B": THIS IS A
DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME IN FAIR
CONDITION. IT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN
VACANT FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THERE IS A
CAR IN THE CARPORT WITH (4) FLAT TIRES
AND SEVERAL LAYERS OF DUST AND DIRT.
THE HOME IS FULL OF FURNITURE AND
DISHESAND WAS LOCKED SO NO INTERIOR
INSPECTION WAS MADE. THERE IS A SHINGLE
ROOF IN GOOD CONDITIONON THE HOME AND I
SAW NO SIGNS OF LEAKS BY OBSERVING
THROUGH THE WINDOWS. THE WALLS AND
FLOORING APPEARED TO BE IN LIVABLE
CONDITION AS WELL. THE ONLY PROBLEM I
SAW WAS THE SIDING WAS STARTING TO CURL
UP FROM THE BOTTOM EDGE. THIS EXPOSES
THE WALL STUDS AND FLOORING TO RAIN.
THIS WAS OCCURING IN (3) PLACES AROUND
THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOME. THIS NEEDS TO
BE REPAIRED SOON TO PREVENT FLOOR AND
WALL STUD DAMAGE.
