THERE ARE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WITH THE HOME.
GETTING SHOCKED, LIGHTS FLICKERING. NO HEAT, NO
HOT WATER. THE LIVING ROOM WINDOW IS BROKEN AND
HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED. WHEN THE RUN THE WASHING
MACHINE THE WATER GOES STRAIGHT TO THE DIRT
OUTSIDE, NOT TO SEPTIC. TENANT HAS COMPLAINED TO
THE PERSON THEY HAVE THE LEASE WITH AND NOTHING
HAS BEEN DONE. IN SEPT & OCT SHE HAD NO STOVE, HE
FINALLY BROUGHT HER ONE WHEN SHE REFUSED TO PAY
