TRUSS ROOF SYSTEM WITH SHINGLES. THE
TENANT CALLED AND ASKED THE BUILDING
DEPARTMENT TO INSPECT THE HOUSE. THE
HALL BATHROOM HAS SEVERAL PROBLEMS IN
IT: 1. THE TILE IS FALLING OFF THE WALL
IN THE SHOWER AREA; 2. THE PLASTER ON
THE WALL IS FALLING OFF EXPOSING THE
METAL CORNER BEAD WHICH IS NOW RUSTING,
CAUSING MORE PLASTER TO FALL OFF; 3. THE
EXHAUST FAN DOESN'T WORK WHICH ALLOWS
STEAM FROM THE SHOWER TO REMAIN IN THE
ROOM WHICH IS CAUSING THE PAINT TO PEEL
OFF THE CEILING; 4. THE TUB FILLS UP
WITH SEWAGE WHEN THE TOILET IS FLUSHED
OR THE KITCHEN SINK IS DRAINED. THE
TENANT HAS ALREADY PAID TO HAVE THE
KITCHEN SINK WATER LINES REPLACED. THE
TENANT ALSO HAD THE DRAINFIELD REPLACED
2-3 YEARS AGO AND WAS TOLD THAT THE
SEPTIC TANK HAD A SAND BOTTOM AND HAD TO
BE REPLACED. THE ROOF WAS DAMAGED BY
THE 2005 HURRICANES BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED
UNTIL FEBRUARY 2013. THE CEILING IN THE
GARAGE HAS FALLEN DOWN IN TWO PLACES AND
THE TENANT HAD THE ELECTRIC CIRCUIT TO
THE GARAGE TURNED OFF DUE TO WATER
ENTERING INTO A LIGHT FIXTURE. THE
CEILING NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED AND ANY
PROBLEMS WITH THE ELECTRIC NEEDS TO BE
CORRECTED. THESE ITEMS NEED TO BE
CORRECTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE DUE TO
WORSENING CONDITION IN THE SHOWER AREA
AND THE BACKUP OF SEWAGE IN THE TUB.
