ROTTEN AND MISSING FLOOR JOISTS AND THE
RIM JOIST IS BROKEN AND ROTTEN IN
SEVERAL PLCAES. THE WALL STUDS ARE
SEVERLY TERMITE EATEN AND SEVERAL ARE
NOT CONNECTED TO THE BASE PLATE. THERE
IS NO RESISTENCE TO WIND LOADS ON THE
WALLS. THE WOOD RAFTERS AND SHEATHING
ARE ALSO ROTTEN AND BROKEN. THE FLOOR
SYSTEM FOR THE 2ND FLOOR IS SAGGING DUE
TO TERMITE DAMAGE AND IS NOT SAFE TO
WALK ON. THIS STRUCTURE NEEDS TO BE
REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY DUE TO THE
UNSAFE CONDITION OF THE STRUCTURAL
MEMBERS IN THE BUILDING.
