HE GOT UPSET. HE WOULD NOT AGREE TO
FIX,AND WOULD NOT TAKE VERBAL WARNING,

SEEKING AN ATTORNEY. HE WANTED THE
WRITTEN COMPLAINT MAILED TO HIM ALSO,
TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS ENTERED ON THE
SYSTEM BUT LARRY DID SUBMIT A SURVEY
WHICH SHOWS THE ENCROACHMENT AND CE
WOULD MAIL HIM A COPY WITH HIS NOTICES.

DIDN'T WANT TO SIGN FOR THE WARNING, HE
WANTED TO GET IT INT HE MAIL SO THAT HE
CAN SHOW PROPERTY APPRAISERS THAT CE IS
ASKING TO CORRECT. HE WAS NICE BUT STILL
DOESN'T REALLY SEE HOW SOMEONE SHOULD
HAVE TO CORRECT AFTER BEING THERE FOR 6
