SIDE YARD TO GET TO THE BACK PROPERTY TO
REPAIR THE ELECTRIC, WHICH IS
UNDERGROUND HERE. MR. SPANN FELT THE
HEDGE SHOULD NOT BE IN THE EASEMENT AND
THE POWER COMPANY COULD HAVE COME IN AT
THE EASEMENT AND COME DOWN TO PROBLEM
INSTEAD OF HAVING TO COME ON TO HIS
PROPERTY. ADVISED MR. SPANN THAT CE
WOULD NOTIFY ENGINEERING TO GIVE
INSTRUCTIONS OF IF HEDGE CAN BE IN THE
EASEMENT AND THAT CE WOULD RETURN HIS
CALL WITH FINDGS BUT WOULD POSSIBLY TAKE
A WEEK. HE WAS THANKFUL THAT CE CAME OUT
