ABOUT THIS OVERLOADING SEPTIC OR
DRAINFIELD. HE INDICATED THAT HE WAS NOT
CONCERNED. BUILDING DEPARTMENT WILL
RECOMMEND TO CLOSE THIS CASE AS FAR AS
CONSTRUCTION IS CONCERNED.

GOOD CONDITION. IT WAS BUILT IN 1975
PRIOR TO THE NEWER CODE REQUIREMENTS.
THE TENANT STATES THAT THE MICROWAVE
WILL TRIP THE BREAKER WHEN IN USE. THIS
IS PROBABLY DUE TO THE TOASTER AND
COFFEE MAKER BEING ON THE SAME CIRCUIT.
THE TENANT HAS ASKED FOR A BID TO
SEPARATE SOME OF THE KITCHEN RECEPTACLES
INTO DIFFERENT CIRCUITS. THE OTHER
PROBLEM IS THE DETACHED GARAGE IS BEING
USED AS A HOME. THERE IS A SMALL
BATHROOM, TWO BEDS, A REFRIGERATOR AND
SHELVING IN THE GARAGE AREA. I WILL GET
WITH CODE ENFORCEMENT AND THE HEALTH
DEPARTMENT TO SEE IF THERE IS A SEPTIC
TANK FOR THE GARAGE.
