WENDY KEMPE, 2590 LAKE DENTON RD., 382-0600,
CALLED AND STATED THAT THERE IS A CONCRETE WALL
BETWEEN THE PROPERTIES AND IT IS COVERED IN MOLD
AND IS LEANING TOWARDS HER HOUSE. A POLICEMAN
CAME TO HER PROPERTY NOTICED THE MOLD, THAT WAS
SEVERE, AND TOLD HER TO CALL CODE ENFORCEMENT AS
SHE IS ALLERGIC TO MOLD AND IS CAUSING HER HEALTH
PROBLEMS. THIS NEIGHBOR WILL NOT ALLOW WENDY TO
CLEAN THE MOLD OFF AND REFUSES TO DO IT
THEMSELVES. HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE.

1-10-14. WENDY SAID WHEN SHE TRIED TO
CLEAN THE MOLD OFF OF IT BEFORE THE
POLICE TOLD HER TO CONTACT CE TO MAKE
THE OWNER HAVE TO REMOVE THE MOLD.
ADVISED HER THAT CE IS NOT ATTORNEY'S
BUT IT SEEMS THAT THE WATER WOULD BE
TOUCHING THE WALL NOT HER. SHE SAID
THAT SHE IS GOING TO REMOVE THE MOLD
THERE IS NO REASON WHY SHE SHOULD HAVE

WALL WITH WATER AND THIS OWNER CALLED
LAW ENFORCEMENT ON HER, THAT IS WHY CE
GOT INVOLVED. THE DEPUTY TOLD HER TO
CALL CE FOR THE MOLD ISSUE. ADVISED HER
THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GET WITH BLD
OFFICIAL SINCE HER CONVERSATION WITH HIM
AND I WOULD CALL HER BACK ONCE I HAVE
MORE INFORMATION. BSS

THIS PROPERTY. PER HIS REPORT THERE IS

COMPLAINTANT WENDY WAS UPSET AND WANTED

THERE WAS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE

I WENT TO THE SITE AND FOUND A SPLIT
BLOCK CONCRETE WALL BUILT ON THE
PROPERTYY LINE. THIS VARIES IN HEIGHT
FROM 4'HIGH ON THE ENDS TO OVER 7'HIGH
IN THE MIDDLE. THERE WAS SOME MILDEW
ON
THE 2590 SIDE BUT MOSTLY SMEARS OF
MORTAR WHEN THE BLOCKS WERE LAID. ON
THE 2610 SIDE THERE WAS ALOT MORE
MILDEW
ON THIS SIDE DUE TO THE FINISH OF THE
BLOCK FACE. DUE TO THE OUTDOOR
ENVIRONMENT THERE DID NOT APPEAR TO BE
A
HEAVY ENOUGH CONCENTRATION OF THE BLACK
SUBSTANCE TO CAUSE AN ISSUE. THERE
COULD BE TEST RUN ON THE WALL AND
SURROUNDING AIR TO VERIFY THE QAULITY
AND AMOUNT OF ANY AIR BORNE SUBSTANCES.
THIS CAN BE DONE BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL
TESTING COMPANY. I SAW NO EVIDENCE OF
THE WALL TILTING OR LEANING IN EITHER
DIRECTION.
