12.19.500: THIS IS A DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE
HOME IN POOR CONDITION. THE EXTERIOR
SIDING IS ROTTING AWAY ON ALL SIDES AND
HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH CDX PLYWOOD OR
OSB. NEITHER REPAIR LOCATIONS ARE
WEATHERPROOF. WATER IS GOING IN ALL THE
WALLS AND THE NORTH WALL HAS ROTTED AWAY
FROM THE FLOOR. THERE ARE (3) PORCHES
ON THE HOME, NONE OF THEM ARE BUILT TO
CODE AND THERE WERE NO PERMITS ISSUED
FOR THE WORK. ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS ARE
IN PLACE BUT THE POOR CONDITION OF THE
SIDING ALLOWS WATER TO ENTER THE WALLS.
UNLESS REPAIRS ARE MADE SOON (30 DAYS),
I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM THE SITE AS IT
WILL CONTINUE TO DECAY. THE FRONT AND
REAR PORCHES NEED TO BE REMOVED NOW DUE
TO THE UNSAFE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION.
