AND HEDI AT DEP. I ADVISED THAT THERE
APPEARS TO BE AN ACTIVE PERMIT FROM
BUILDING AND THERE WAS A RECENT
INSPECTION. ALSO ADVISED THAT ALTHOUGH
A SURVEY WS DONE BY THE MARIE'S, WE
PROBABLY WOULD REQUIRE A SURVEY TO
IDENTIF THAT THE DOCK WAS IN VIO OF
SETBACKS. DUE TO SEVERAL PRIOR
DISCUSSIONS W.STAFF ON THIS MATTER. I
REQUESTED THAT JOANNE APPRISE LINDA OF
MATTER AND OBTAIN MUTUAL DIRECTION TO
RESOLVE MATTER/HO/BEV/JOANNE/REBECCA/30

I COULD WALK HIS PROPERTY. MET HIM AT
THE HOUSE AND OBSERVED THE DOCK IS
APPROXIMATELY 20 FEET OR MORE FROM THE
ISDE PROPERTY LINE. THE DOCK IS STILL
UNDER CONSTRUCTIION, BUT APPEARS TO BE
LESS THAN 110' IN LENGTH. THE PERMIT IS
STILL ACTIVE AND CALLS FOR A 110' BY 4'
DOCK. CHRIS ADV HE WILL CONTACT ME WHEN
DOCK IS COMPLETE AND WILL MEASURE
EVERYTHING OFF WITH ME TO VERIFY
COMPLIANCE. BP 30

I ADVISED THAT PER BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
THERE HAS BEEN NO INSPECTIONS AS OF YET
AND SHOULD A VIOLATION OF STRUCTURE BE
FOUND BU THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT THEY
COULD ISSUE A STOP WORK ORDER
OR TAKE OTHER CORRECTIVE ACTION TO
INCLUDE ENFORCEMENT BY CE,
AS TO LENGHT INTO WATER, I REFERRED
THEM
TO DEP AND THEY SPOKE WITH MS HOFFMAN
WHO ADVISED THEM OF LAKE
USAGE/REPREPRAIN
LINES FOR DOCKS, STATE PERMIT
GUIDELINES, ETC.
I ALSO ADVISED THAT PROPERTY LINE SET
BACK CONCERNS
REGARDING ZONING REQUIREMENTS ARE A CODE
ENFORCEMENT ISSUE BUT WE ARE NOT SURVEY
PEOPLE AND MAY REQUIRE A SURVEY TO
DETERMINE WHERE PROPERTY LINES ARE
LOCATED IF NOT READILY APPARENT.
THEY SEEMED UPSET THAT THEY WERE PASSED
BETWEEN BUILDING AND CE AND THEN TO DEP.
