THE EXTERIOR WALL; IT IS ABOUT 8"-10"
ABOVE THE FLOOR LEVEL OF THE HOME. AS
OF THIS DATE THERE IS STILL STANDING
WATER ON THE EAST, SOUTH, AND WEST SIDE
OF THE HOME. THE ENTIRE INTERIOR IS
COVERED WITH A BLACK SUBSTANCE ON THE
WALLS AND ALSO ON THE CEILING. ALL
ROOMS THAT WERE VISIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE
HAVE THIS GROWTH ON THEM INCLUDING THE
GARAGE. DUE TO THE HAZARDOUS NATURE OF
THE INTERIOR ENVIRONMENT, IT IS MY
OPINION THIS IS AN UNSAFE STRUCTURE TO
LIVE IN AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE
PROPERTY.
