INTACT AND APPEAR TO OPERATE PROPERLY.
THERE IS AN INGROUND POOL ON THE WEST
SIDE OF THE HOME WITH A POOL CAGE. THE
SCREEN MATERIAL IN THE CAGE FRAME HAS
FALLEN OUT IN SEVERAL OF THE FRAME
AREAS. THE SCREEN DOORS TO THE CAGE DO
NOT CLOSE AS REQUIRED BY CODE AND THE
LOCKS ARE BROKEN AND DO NOT KEEP THE
DOOR CLOSED. THE CODE REQUIRES A POOL
TO HAVE A BARRIER IN PLACE TO PREVENT
SOMEONE FROM ENTERING THE POOL AREA AND
FALLING IN THE WATER. THIS BARRIER IS
NOT IN PLACE AND NEED TO BE REPAIRED
IMMEDIATELY AS IT IS A LIFE SAFETY
ISSUE.
