THIS IS A CONCRETE BLOCK HOME IN GOOD
CONDITION. ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS ARE
INTACT AND APPEAR TO OPERATE PROPERLY.
THERE ARE SEVERAL SCREENS MISSING THAT
NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE ROOF IS IN
FAIR CONDITION WITH NO MISSING SHINGLES
OR TABS NOTED. THE HOME WAS LOCKED SO
NO INTERIOR INSPECTION WAS MADE. BY
OBSERVING THROUGH THE WINDOWS THERE WERE
NO SIGNS OF ROOF LEAKS IN THE CEILING OR
WALLS NOTED. THERE IS SOME TRASH AND
EMPTY BOXES INSIDE BUT NOT A LARGE
AMOUNT. THERE IS A LOOSE PIECE OF
ALUMINUM FASCIA ON THE S.E. CORNER OF
THE HOME THAT NEEDS TO BE RENAILED TO
PREVENT IT FROM BLOWING IN THE WIND.
THERE IS A SCREEN PORCH ON THE REAR
(NORTH) OF THE HOME. THERE IS A LARGE
TREE LIMB THAT FELL THRU THE PAN ROOF
AND HAS COLLAPSED THE SIDE WALLS. THIS
DEBRIS NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AND THE
SOFFIT REPAIRED ON THE OVERHANG WHERE IT
WAS PULLED DOWN WHEN THE PAN ROOF
COLLAPSED.
