SHOULD MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE IF HE CAN'T
MAINTAIN IT. SHE STATED THAT SHE
COMPLAINED TO BOB WITH SUN N LAKES CE A
LONG TIME AGO BUT FELT LIKE NOTING WAS
DONE. SHE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE GRASS IS
GETTING HIGH, ADVISED IT HAD TO BE OVER
18" AND CE WAS JUST THERE EARLIER THIS
MONTH WHICH WAS NOT HIGH AT ALL. SHE
THEN AGREED THAT IT'S NOT OVER 18" BUT
HE DOES LET IT GET HIGH BEFORE HE MOWS.
SHE THINKS THE OWNER JUST CAME BACK FROM
THE HOSPITAL, LIVES ALONE, SHE FELT LIKE
HE SHOULDN'T BE THERE ALONE. ADVISED
THIS WOULD NOT BE SOMETHING THAT CE
COULD GET INVOLVED IN BUT MAYBE SHE
COULD BE NEIGHBORLY AND CHECK ON HIM.

I MET THE OWNER AND HE SAID THAT HE HAD
BEEN IN TOUCH WITH TWO CONTRACTORS TO
MAKE THE NEEDED REPAIRS. ALL THE DOORS
AND WINDOWS ARE INTACT AND APPEAR TO
OPERATE CORRECTLY. EXCEPT FOR ON THE
OVERHANG I SAW NO SIGN OF ROOF LEAKS.
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE HOME THERE IS
A
LITTLE SIDE ROOF THAT WATER RUNS OFF ON
THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE WALL. THIS HAS
CAUSED SOME DAMAGE TO THE WALL SIDING
AND NEED TO BE REPAIRED. THERE IS A
WINDOWSILL THAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED
ALSO AT THIS LOCATION. ON THE SOUT
SIDE
OF THE HOME THERE IS ABOUT 10 FEET OF
OVERHANG MISSING AND A SHORT SECTION ON
THE EAST SIDE ALSO. ONCE THESE ITEMS
ARE REPAIRED THERE WILL BE NO MORE
VIOLATIONS.
