WAS MOVED TO THIS LOCATION AND HAS A
STUCCO FINISH OVER THE EXTERIOR NOW.
THERE WERE TWO ROOF LEAKS NOTED WITH
STAINS IN THE SOUTH BEDROOM CEILING AND
A CEILING AND WALL WET SPOT IN THE NORTH
BEDROOM. THIS ROOM HAD THE WORST DAMAGE
WITH DRYWALL COMING LOOSE ON THE WALL
AROUND THE ELECTRIC PANEL AND A BAD
STAIN IN THE CEILING. ALSO IN THE NORTH
BEDROOM THERE IS A RECEPTACLE AND A WALL
SWITCH THAT DOES NOT WORK. THE
REFRIGERATOR OUTLET IN THE KITCHEN DOES
NOT WORK DUE TO THE BREAKER TRIPPING OFF
WHEN IT IS TURNED ON. THESE ITEMS NEED
TO BE ADDRESSED SOON TO PREVENT FURTHER
DAMAGE TO THE HOME OR HEALTH PROBLEMS
FOR THE TENANT.
