CHILDREN ACCORDING TO WENDELL. HE SAID
WE WOULD NEVER FIND THEM ALL, HE DOESN'T
EVEN KNOW WHERE THEY ALL ARE. MR. SMITH
SAID HE IS GOING TO HAVE HIS SECOND
HEART SURGERY SOON AND HE IS NOT ABLE TO
TAKE THE HOUSE DOWN. HIS NEPHEW IS THE
ONE LAST YEAR WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO FIX UP
THE HOUSE BUT HAS NOT INTEREST NOW. HE
KNOWS THE HOUSE IN BAD SHAPE BUT NOT
SURE HOW TO GET IT DONE. TOLD HIM I
WOULD DO SOME MORE RESEARCH ON OWNERSHIP
AND WOULD GET BACK WITH HIM NEXT WEEK.
HE DID ASK ABOUT GIVING THE PROPERTY TO
THE COUNTY SINCE NONE OF THE FAMILY
REALLY WANTS THE PROPERTY. TOLD HIM HE

SOMEONE HAS STARTED TO DEMOLISH. ALL
THE DOORS AND WINDOWS HAVE BEEN REMOVED
AND ABOUT HALF OF THE FLOORING IS GONE.
ALL THE WIRING AND PLUMBING HAS BEEN
REMOVED ALSO AS WELL. WITH THE REMOVAL
OF THE INTERIOR WALLS AND SOME SIDING
THE BUILDING IS NOW WEAKENED AND IS AN
UNSAFE STRUCTURE WHICH NEED TO BE
REMOVED PROMPTLY.
