THE PETITIONER, HIGHLANDS COUNTY, WAS
REPRESENTED BY CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
BENJAMIN POLLARD. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE
FOUND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF THE
VIOLATION HAD BEEN PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENTS, THAT THE RESPONDENTS HAD
BEEN GIVEN A REASONABLE TIME TO CORRECT
THE VIOLATION, THAT THE VIOLATION
CONTINUED BEYOND THE TIME SPECIFIED FOR
CORRECTION, AND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF
