A DUPLEX UNIT THAT IS VACANT ON BOTH
SIDES. THE EAST UNIT (2812) SHOWS SIGNS
OF A ROOF LEAK IN THE LIVING ROOM AND IN
THE REAR BEDROOM. BOTH UNITS WERE
LOCKED BUT SEVERAL WINDOWS COULD BE SEEN
THROUGH. ALL WINDOW GLAZING WAS INTACT
AND THE FRONT AND REAR DOORS APPEAR TO
WORK PROPERLY. I DID NOT SEE ANY LEAKS
IN THE WEST (2814) UNIT. BOTH UNITS
WERE CLEANED OUT WITH NO TRASH OR DEBRIS
NOTED. THERE IS A PIECE OF AN OLD BLUE
TARP BLOWING OFF THE FRONT OF BOTH
UNITS. WITH THE REPAIRS MADE TO THE
ROOF AND THE CEILING PATCHED IN 2812
THESE SHOULD BE IN LIVABLE CONDITION.
