THERE WERE SOME TROPICAL PLANTS ALONG
THE FENCE LINE THAT HE HAD PLANTED, HE
USED TO USE THE FENCE TABLES FOR HIS
ORCHIDS AND HE DID PLACE THE MULCH
THERE. HE ASKED WHAT VIOLATIONS DOES THE
COUNTY SHOW WERE STILL THERE. HE THOUGHT
MAYBE THEY WEREN'T MOWING WHERE THE
WATER DRAINAGE PROBLEM IS ON THE EAST
SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. TOLD HIM THE GRASS
THAT IS MOWED, THE HIGH GRASS IS A
BROOMGRASS UP AGAINST THE SHED AND OTHER
PLACES THAT NEEDS WEED EATING. HE SAID
THAT GRASS NEAR THE SHED IS A BROOMGRASS
AND IT HAS GIVEN HIM A PROBLEM FOR
YEARS, HARD TO GET RID OF AND IT CAN
TEAR UP THE LAWN MOWER, AGREED IT SHOULD
BE CUT. TOLD HIM THERE IS PVC IRRIGATION
PIPES ON THE GROUND, CONCRETE BLOCKS,
OLD PILE OF WOOD THAT DENNIS AGREED
NEEDED TO BE THROWN AWAY, OLD DOOR. HE
SAID THE WOOD IS PROBABLY FROM WHERE HE
TOOK APART SOME OF BENCHES. TOLD HIM THE
ACCUMULATION SEEMS TO BE PROJECTS THAT
HAVE INTENTIONS BUT HAVEN'T BEEN DONE
AND THESE ITEMS NEED TO BE STORED IN
SHED OR THE GREEN HOUSE. TOLD HIM THAT
THERE HAS BEEN NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS,
VISIT FROM THEM AT THE OFFICE AND IF
THEY WOULD HAVE USED A LAWNMOWER, WEED
EATER AND SOME LABOR TIME THE VIOLATIONS
COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED BY NOW AND IT
WOULD HAVE NEVER COME TO THIS. HE SAID
HE TOLD STEVE AND DENNIS TO JUST GET IT
CLEANED UP AND BE DONE WITH IT, HE
DIDN'T THINK IT SHOULD BE HEARD AT A
HEARING. SPOKE ABOUT DENNIS SEEMED TO
REALLY WANT TO BE HEARD AT THE HEARING
WHEN WE HAVE SPOKEN TO HIM. MR. HUBBARD
FELT LIKE YOU CAN'T WIN AGAINST A
MAGISTRATE ANYWAYS AND THAT IT IS NOT
WORTH IT TO GO TO THE HEARING. HE SAID
THE PROBLEM WITH MR. FINCH HAS BEEN
GOING ON FOR YEARS. MR.HUBBARD SAID HE
IS SUPPOSED TO TALK TO DENNIS AND STEVE
THIS EVENING AGAIN TO SEE IF THINGS ARE
COMPLETE. MR. HUBBARD IS GOING TO WRITE
A LETTER AND MAIL IT TO CODE ENFORCMENT
TO PRESENT AT THE HEARING TRYING TO GET
RELEIF FROM THE LIEN IF ONE GIVEN. DID
EXPLAINED THAT THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF
TIME SPENT FROM CE INVOLVED IN THIS CASE
AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE FEES
AND BRING THE PROPERTY INTO COMPLIANCE.

MAN, LONG COVERSATION AND WITH HIM AND
HE WAS TRYING TO FIGURE HOW TO STOP THIS

OWN SEARCH ENGINE TO FIND WHAT I NEED".
HE WAS ASKED THEN IF THAT WAS WHAT HE

EVERYTHING IS LICENSED AT THE TIME OF
THIS INSPECTION HOWEVER THEY ARE NOT IN
COMPLIANCE/ I EXPLAINED TO MR PALICHI
THAT HE IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE AND HE
WANTED AN EXTENSION HOWEVER THE WAS TOLD
NO MORE EXTENSIONS/ I EXPLAINED AT THIS
POINT WE WILL PUT IT OUT FOR BIDS AND
TITLE SEARCH AND HE WILL HAVE TO

THERE ARE SOME NATIVE PLANTS/FLOWERS IN
THE POTTING SOIL PILE/MOUND THAT HE IS
GOING TO POT THEM AND THEN HE WILL TRIM
THE MOUND. HE WANTS TO COMPLY BUT IS
UPSET THAT MR. FITCH CALLS AND MAKES
COMPLAINTS WHEN HE HAS ON GOING ISSUES
ON HIS PROPERTIES. DENNIS FEELS VERY
STRONG ABOUT MR. FITCH MAKING THESE
COMPLAINTS BECAUSE HE WANTS TO PURCHASE
