USING A WEBSITE TO LOCATE THIS HOME.
FROM GOOGLE STREET AND GOOGLE ARIEL
PHOTOS OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD FROM 2012,
THE NEIGHBORHOOD LOOK GOOD. THE LOCATION
BEING SO CLOSE TO LAKE JACKSON IT SEEM
TO BE AN IDEAL HOME FOR ME.... UNTIL I
PHYSICALLY DROVE DOWN THE DEADEND
STREET. I WAS SHOCKED. I DROVE AROUND
LAKE JACKSON TO GET THERE. THIS BLOCK
WAS OUT OF PLACE COMPARED TO THE
SURROUNDING AREA. I DON'T THINK ANYBODY
FROM THE COUNTY HAS BEEN DOWN THIS
STREET IN YEARS. THE HOUSE AT THE END OF
BLOCK ON THE LEFT HAS MULTIPLE CARS
STORED UP WITH WOODEN SIGNS IN THE FRONT
YARD. ALSO CARS IN THE BACKYARD. SOMEONE
PAINTED NO TRESPASSING ON THERE WOODEN
FENCE MULTIPLE TIMES AROUND THE BACK
SIDE OF THE HOUSE. HOUSES ON BOTH SIDES
OF THE STREET WITH THE GRASS UNCUT FOR
MONTHS. OWNERS NOT TAKING CARE OF THERE
PROPERTIES. TREES COVERING A COMPLETE
HOME. UNBELIEVABLE !! I'VE BEEN LIVING
IN IN HIGHLANDS COUNTY FOR 16 YEARS AND
NEVER SEEN A NEIGHBORHOOD LIKE THIS. I
LIKE THE HOUSE I'M LOOKING AT ON THAT
BLOCK IT'S THE ONLY ONE THAT'S BEEN
PAINTED CLEANED UP, THE YARD CLEAN. I
CALLED SEBRING CODE ENFORCEMENT FIRST
THINKING IT WAS THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD. THE
CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER TOLD ME IT IS
THE COUNTIES BLOCK. THEY SAID THEY WISH
THEY COULD GO DOWN THAT BLOCK TO CLEAN
IT UP, BUT THEY CANT ITS YOURS ( THE
COUNTIES). IF NOT FOR ME BUT FOR THE
PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE, YOU HAVE TO GET
DOWN THAT BLOCK AND CLEAN IT UP. THIS IS
NOT THE KIND OF NEIGHBORHOOD I WOULD
ENVISION FOR PEOPLE TO MOVE INTO
HIGHLANDS COUNTY IN THE FUTURE.
