REFLECTORS SHOULD BE 5' APART ALONG ALL
SECTIONS OVER THE WATER. INSTALLATION
OF REFLECTORS ON THE SUBMERGED WALKWAY
IS UNATTAINABLE UNTIL WATER RECEDES BUT
WITH THE REFLECTORS ON THE OUTER MOST
DOCK AREA INSTALLED I DO NOT BELIEVE
THAT THIS IS A SAFETY CONCERN WORTHY OF
CONTINUATION OF THIS CE CASE. OTHER
THAN THE REFLECTORS THE WALKWAY AND
DOCK
APPEAR TO BE INTACT WITH NO VISIBLE
DECK
BOARDS MISSING AND NO DEBRIS EVIDENT TO
SHOW SIGNS OF STRUCTURAL FAILURE. THE
WALKWAY IS UNDER APPRX. 4" OF WATER SO
I
CAN VISIBLY INSPECT FROM SHORELINE BUT
WAS UNABLE TO INSPECT FULLY. THIS
DOCK AND WALKWAY APPEAR TO NOT BE A
SAFETY CONCERN AND I WOULD RECCOMEND TO
CLOSE CASE.

UNDERWATER DUE TO THE RECENT RAINS. THE
DECK BOARDS WERE BARELY VISIBLE AND I
COULD NOT SEE THE SIDE SUPPORT JOISTS AT
ALL. I WILL REVISIT THIS SITE IN TWO
WEEKS AND SEE IF THE WATER LEVEL IS
LOWER SO I CAN OBSERVE THE DECK BOARDS.
THERE ARE SOME 1X6 BOARDS NAILED TO A
RAISED POST THAT ACT AS A HANDRAIL.
THERE ARE TWO OF THESE BOARDS THAT HAVE
COME LOOSE FROM THE POST AND ARE JUST
HANGING DOWN FROM THE END THAT IS STILL
NAILED. THESE NEED TO BE REMOVED
ENTIRELY OR REATTACHED TO THE POST IN A
SECURE MANNER TO AVOID ANYONE FROM
STEPPING ON A NAIL IN THE BOARD. I DID
NOT SEE ANY TOTALLY LOOSE OR FLOATING
BOARDS IN THE WATER, BET WILL CHECK
AGAIN.
