THE ADDRESS. DIDN'T FIND A VIN# OR TAG
ON THE OLD MH/RV. THERE ARE TAIL LIGHTS
ON THE REAR AND A TRAILER TONGUE WHICH
LOOKS LIKE AN RV. RETURN CALL TO
CASSANDRA AND GAVE AN UPDATE ON THE
FINDINGS, SHE WAS OKAY WITH THE
INFORMATION PROVIDED, AND JUST WANTED TO
MAKE SURE THAT SHE SHOULD REMOVE MH/RV
ALSO. SHE THANKED CE FOR THE HELP.
ADVISED PER BLD. DEPT.(HELEN) SAID THE
CONTRACTOR GOT PERMIT FOR BOTH
STRUCTURES. CONTRACTOR WAS GIVEN PHOTOS
OF BOTH STRUCTURES FROM THE CASE FILE.

WOOD FRAME BUILDING WITH WOOD RAFTER
ROOF SYSTEM AND CORREGATED TIN ROOF.
THE RAFTERS AND SHEATHING ARE ROTTEN AND
HAVE FALLEN DOWN IN SEVERAL AREAS. THE
WALLS ARE ROTTEN ALSO AND HAVE SEVERAL
HOLES IN THEM. THE WOOD FLOOR SYSTEM IS
ROTTEN ALSO AND HAS MANY HOLES OPEN TO
THE GROUND. THE FLOOR IS VERY UNEVEN
DUE TO ROTTEN FLOOR JOISTS. ALL THE
WINDOWS HAVE BEEN KNOCKED OUT AND WATER
HAS BEEN ENTERING THE HOME FOR YEARS.
DUE TO THE UNSAFE CONDITION OF THE
BUILDING I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM THE
PROPERTY.

THE SECOND STRUCTURE IS AN OLD MOBILE
HOME THAT IS FALLING APART. ALL THE
WINDOWS HAVE BEEN BROKEN OUT AND THE
DOORS ARE OPEN. THE INTERIOR WALLS HAVE
BEEN REMOVED. THE CEILING AND WALL
COVERING HAVE FALLEN OFF THE WALLS AND
CEILING. THERE ARE NO ANCHORS OR
STRAPPING HOLDING THE HOME IN PLACE.
THERE IS A LARGE HOLE CUT INTO THE SIDE
OF THE HOME. DUE TO THE UNSAFE
CONDITION OF THE STRUCTURE I RECOMMEND
REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY.
