IN FORECLOSURE, AND FELT SINCE HIS
FATHER WAS ORDERED OFF THE PROPERTY THAT
HE SHOULDN'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
PROPERTY. HE WAS TOLD THAT ONCE THE SM
SIGNED THE ORDER AND IT'S RECORDED THE
ONLY THING HE COULD DO IS TAKE IT TO
CIVIL COURT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE
RECORDED FOF DOCUMENT. HE WAS TOLD THAT
CE STAFF DOESN'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO OVER
RULE THE SM. HE WAS NOT HAPPY AND TOLD
ME THAT HE HOPES THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO
MY FAMILY MEMBER AND IF SO SOME

NOT IN ATTENDANCE. THE PETITIONER,
HIGHLANDS COUNTY, WAS REPRESENTED BY
CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER BENJAMIN
POLLARD. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FOUND
THAT PROPER NOTICE OF THE VIOLATION HAD
BEEN PROVIDED TO THE RESPONDENTS, THAT
