DOES NEED TO BE MOWED, HE SAID LAWN
MOWER IS IN SHOP, GOING TO BE OUT BY
SATURDAY AND HE WILL MOW. FOUND TWO
SMALL PILES OF FECES. DID SMELL ANY
WASTE AT ALL, THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF
RAIN ALSO. THERE WERE ALSO APROX. 4 BAGS
OF YARD WASTE, HE SAID GARABAGE HAULER
DIDN'T PICK UP THE BAGS. GAVE HIM A
MAGNET WITH CHOICES NUMBER ON IT AND
TOLD HIM TO MAKE CONTACT WITH CHOICE FOR
PICK UP.
MET WITH NEIGHBOR, RAMON VALENTINE, WHO
HAS BEEN COMPLIANING. HE FEELS THAT THEY
LET THE DOG GO BESIDE THE FENCE ON
PURPOSE. AGREED IT IS NOT AS BAD AS WHEN
CE HAD COME BEFORE. HE FEELS THEY SHOULD
PICK UP THE WASTE RIGHT THEN AFTER DOG
GOES. EXPLAINED TO HIM THERE IS NO CODE
THAT CE CAN MAKE SOMEONE DO THAT. HE
FEELS IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD. HE WAS
TRYING TO PRESSURE WASH HIS FENCE AND
MOWED ON THIS PROPERTY NEXT TO HIS FENCE
SO THAT HE COULD PRESSURE WASH. HE RAN
OVER SOME FECES AND THAT MADE HIM MADE
BECAUSE IT GO ON HIS LAWN MOWER. DID
EXPLAIN THAT HE IS TRESPASSING WHEN HE
EVEN WENT OVER THERE TO MOW. HE SAID HE
UNDERSTANDS AND MAYBE HE WENT OVERBOARD
BUT HATES THAT THEY DON'T CONTAIN THE
WASTE RIGHT AWAY. TOLD HIM THAT TENANT
NEXT DOOR SAID HE WOULD KEEP UP WITH IT
AND KEEP CLEAN.HE THANKED CE FOR COMING
