CALLED AND STATED THAT AT THE CORNER OF CLOVERLEAF
ROAD AND TWIN LAKES ROAD THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY
THREE TRAILERS THAT ARE UNSAFE. SHE WAS NOT SURE
TO THE EXACT LOT NUMBERS FOR THESE THREE TRAILERS
BUT STATED THEY ARE ROTTING AND APPEAR UNSAFE
STRUCTURES.

THAT HE HAD
PURCHASED THE MOBILE HOME FACING
CLARADGE ROAD AND THAT HE WAS IN
PROGRESS OF REHABILITATING THE UNIT. I
WAS ABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO THIS UNIT
AND
FOUND AS MR. BOLLES HAD INDICATED THAT
THE UNIT IS IN PROCESS OF REHAB. THE
INTERIOR HAS BEEN GUTTED TO THE
FRAMING.
THE MOBILE UNIT WAS STRUCTURALLY SOUND
WITH NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF ROTTING OR
DAMAGE TO THE WALLS OR ROOF STRUCTURE
AND NO SIGNS OF WATER INTRUSION FROM
ROOF OR IN THE EXTERIOR WALLS. THERE
ARE SOME ISSUES WITH THE WINDOWS AS
SOME
HAVE BROKEN PANES OF GLASS AND SOME
APPEAR TO BE INOPERABLE WHILE SOME
OTHERS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH NEWER
WINDOWS COMPLETELY. IT DID APPEAR THAT
SOMEONE MIGHT HAVE BEEN SPENDING TIME
THERE AS THERE WERE CHAIRS AND A
TELEVISION SET UP IN THE OPEN AREA OF
THE UNIT. MR. BOLLES STATED THAT HE
WOULD USE THIS AREA TO "CRASH" WHILE HE
WAS WORKING ON IT AND THAT HE WAS
RENTING A ROOM FROM THE LADY AT 7 TWIN
LAKES DRIVE. SPOKE TO HER LATER ON AND
CONFIRMED THIS. I DID PLACARD THIS
PROPERTY AS UNINHABITAL IN THIS
CONDITION AND ASKED MR. BOLLES TO
OBTAIN
PERMIT FOR THE REHAB ALTHOUGH WE DO NOT
AT THIS TIME REQUIRE PERMITTING FOR
THIS
WORK. THIS UNIT CLEARLY QUALIFIES FOR
REHABILITATION AS UNIT IS STRUCTURALLY
SOUND FROM FLOOR TO ROOF.
THE OTHER TWO MOBILE HOMES ON THIS
PROPERTY ADDRESSED AS 1 & 5 TWIN LAKES
DRIVE ARE ALSO STRUCTURALLY SOUND AS
FAR
AS I CAN ASERTAIN FROM EXTERIOR
INSPECTION. I WAS NOT ABLE TO GAIN
ACCESS TO THESE UNITS BUT BY LOOKING
THROUGH WINDOWS AND INSPECTION OF
EXTERIOR WALLS AND ROOF SYSTEM THEY
BOTH
APPEAR STRUCTURALLY SOUND AND IN GOOD
CONDITION. THEY DO NEED THE SKIRTING
REPAIRED OR REPLACED AND 2 WINDOWS HAVE
BROKEN PANES OF GLASS. UNITS HAVE
FURNITURE IN THEM AND DISHES ON THE
COUNTER BUT MR. BOLLES STATED THAT NO
ONE WAS LIVING IN THEM. THE PREMISES
HAVE BEEN RECENTLY MOWED BUT SOME WEEDS
ARE HIGH AROUND THE MOBILE UNITS AND
NEED TO BE CUT OR PULLED AND THERE ARE
SOME TRAILERS AND A JET SKI THAT MR.
BOLLES SAID HE WAS GOING TO REMOVE.
THESE UNITS ARE LOCKED AND SECURED WITH
MINOR HEALTH OR SAFETY CONCERNS.
