DIDN'T REALLY GIVE GOOD ANSWER. SHE
WANTED TO KNOW WHY THE NOTICE WASNT SENT
TO HER. TOLD HER SENT TO ADDRESS ON TAX
ROLL. TOLD HER THAT A STEPHEN CAMPBELL
SIGNED FOR THE MAIL. SHE PROCEEDED TO
STATE THAT THE NOTICE WASN'T SENT TO
