1. CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING
DOES NOT WORK;
2. WATER HEATER WIRING UNPROTECTED;
3. WIRING FROM PANEL TO AIR CONDITIONING
ACROSS CEILING;
4. KITCHEN RECEPTACLES DO NOT WORK;
5. KITCHEN LIGHTS AND RANGE HOOD NOT
WORKING;
6. GAS FURNACE IN HALL DOES NOT WORK;
7. BATHROOM LIGHT DOES NOT WORK;
8. MASTER BEDROOM LIGHT DOES NOT WORK;
9. BROKEN RECEPTACLE IN SPARE BEDROOM;
10. THIRD BEDROOM FAN LIGHT BROKEN

TENANT WAS ADVISED TO MOVE FROM THE UNIT
AND THE HOUSE IS NOT TO BE RENTED
WITHOUT REPAIRS BEING MADE. PLEASE
ADVISE THE HIGHLANDS COUNTY BUILDING
DEPARTMENT WHEN THE ABOVE REPAIRS ARE
COMPLETED TO AVOID FURTHER ACTION.

COMPLAINTS W/TENANT'S MOTHER. THERE ARE
SEVERAL LEGITIMATE COMPLAINTS
W/ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IN THE HOUSE THAT
NEED TO BE RESOLVED. I TOLD THE TENANT
TO FIND A NEW PLACE TO LIVE, BUT BEFORE
MOVING OUT, CALL THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT
TO MAKE A LIST OF THE CORRECTIONS TO BE
MADE BEFORE THE UNIT COULD BE RENTED
AGAIN. TENANT HAS BEEN ASKING FOR
REPAIRS TO BE MADE FOR 5 YEARS WITH NO
RESULT. A STANDARD HOUSING REPORT SHOULD
BE DONE ON THIS UNIT.
